1) Does it cost to have a vending machine installed onsite?
Answer: No; Snack Tec will install the fully stocked vending machines at your business location at no cost to you.
2) Are there any cost that my business will incur?
Answer: The only cost to you as the business owner will be whatever power consumption that the machines uses. Snack Tec will work out terms to compensate you for utilizing your site which is a win for you.
3) What will an agreement with Snack Tec consist of?
Answer: An agreement with Snack Tec can be month to month, 12 month or indefinite depending on your preference.

4) How can my business prepare to receive a machine?
Answer: All you need to prepare for is a 4 foot to 8 foot wide space with a 3 prong 120 Volt electrical outlet with enough clearance where either one or two machines can be transported in and out of your establishment using a dolly or pallet jack.
5) What happens if there is an equipment failure or malfunction with the machine?
Answer: You will call Snack Tec to report this issue and a technician will come on-site either the same or next day to repair the issue or issue refund if needed.
6) Will my business receive compensation for allowing a machine onsite?
Answer: Yes; you will receive payment based upon the agreement.

7) Can I request what snacks are stocked in the machines?
Answer: If your employees or customer base desires a particular item(s) then accomodations will be made to customize the snack selection in the machines on your site.
8) Who owns the vending machines?
Answer: The vending machines and snacks provided are stocked, serviced and owned by Snack Tec and will be returned to Snack Tec when and if the agreement terminates.
9) Where does Snack Tec operate?
Answer: Snack Tec operates within the greater Houston area including all of Southeast Texas within 100 miles.
10) How can I request a machine?
Answer: Call Snack Tec at 281-222-1461 to setup an agreement and a machine can be installed on-site within 3 to 5 business days. You can also fill out the forms accessed via he Forms link at the top menu.
